820-2610 C7771 voltage still .3V with C7771 replaced.

I can't think to anything more than broken trace, or bad adjacent components.
If no short on output and correct enable signal, you should get correct voltage.

Thank you. Then I don't need to worry to have missed something obvious. I'll replace some more components around U7750 and see if anything changes.
