It should, with 85W charger.
In fact it does, if 3V3_S3 appears; check other S3 voltages presence.
PM_SLP_S3_L goes high at same time?

Ok it is indeed charging the battery I discharged the battery on the board with no battery it went down to 10v then I plugged in the charger left it a while and it went up to 11.10v

PP3v3_S3 lines all exhibit .749v when no battery is present

With battery present on all these measurements below. without battery all these signals are low .7v or zero:

I replaced u5380 0v on pin 6 since I wasn’t getting CPUVCORE_HISIDE_IOUT Which makes SMC_CPU_HI_ISENSE Now it 3.3v
But still nothing same

PLT_RESET_L is also 3.3v

"SMC_CPU_HI_ISENSE Now it 3.3v"
That is really bad.
Do you know what that signal represents???

"I have to hold the power pads down for 2-3 seconds and the PP3v3_S3 line comes up to 3.3v with out battery

I don't really know when you post true information :(.

I thought it was Connected to a current sense resistor And If pins 4&5 ISNS_CPU_N/P =12.56 and PPV3v42_G3H =3.42v it would send Out SMC_CPU_HI_ISENSE is that incorrect? Ok so 3.3v is no good? I took U5388 off another board. So zero is ok ? I’m not sure what this line represents and what state it should be.

honestly this is exactly what’s present. I know it seems odd but this is what’s happening. Ive never send this behavior
And I don’t know why

Ok I will find another u5388 somewhere and report back is it possible that when I leave the board running it starts to work better somehow ? Sometimes the lines are there then they’re gone.
