820-2850 No boot. VCore at .8V

NO CHime. NO beep without ram cards installed. No data activity on USB port. Changed C9560 and BIOS. Is this probably brain dead being it drops to .8V on VCOre but no activity?

VCORE drops without RAM module too?
Where did you get the BIOS for test?

No just quit on the customer... I assumed it was the typical cap at first. No signs of liquid on the board.

Vcore does go to .8V without the Ram cards.

Had a BIOS in my files for 2850 that I tried after I noticed odd symptoms of Vcore voltage to .8V with no boot

I'm not confident on the clean file I have. ANy chance you could clean?

C9560 issue still allows the machine to boot.
It also normally boots without clean ME.

Thanks for those. I couldn't get either to work:
APPLE A1286 MLB 820-2850-A OK.bin = no start. SMC bypass would try to start and cycle.
PCT25VF032B_20160916_185643.BIN = I get a verification error after erase/write after a couple of attempts.

I ended up replacing the firmware chip and using the PC25F032B BIOS you sent. No change but as last resort, I gave it a bath in the USC and it came back to life. Passed diagostics and stress testing.
