previous issue, changed out c9560 because of an intermittent display problem. It worked before, but since I changed it out it no longer displays or backlights. I was careful with heat, and used a poly tant 330uf same size package from fast fox board. Saw display wasn't working after this, and tried another one. Obviously chances are slim that they were both bad. I did notice that the new ones said case-b2-sm1 whereas the old one didn't say sm1. It just had case-b2-sm (no "1"). Ideas? Could it be the cap I chose?

PPVCORE_S0_CPU=1.07V
Finally got a little more info from customer. She said when it goes to sleep over night, in the morning, she opens it and it resets the whole system...

Could be anything. Got 1.35/1.5V on C9560? It could be 100 other things, any knocked off resistor/ESD damage could cause this.

Also not hot air should be used in this proces, can easily be done with normal soldering iron, much safer.

Uggh any suggestion what I should tell her since it actually displayed and lit up when she gave it to me, now it doesnt even do that? I really hope I can find the cause to at least get it to display and send it back nfnf in the same condition it came to me.
