820-2879-B - Long time to boot, need correct ME region?

Hello,

so basically, Macbook was locked. I've flashed another BIOS on it, but haven't cleaned the ME region. I don't know how to do it.
Is there anyone willing to help out a bit?

There is no ME region on Core 2 Duo machines you can use any BIOS. Are you using a spindle SATA drive or an SSD? This literally sounds like a bad HD....

I'm using SSD. Laptop powers on always like that, with or without drive. In OS its all good.

Just in case, does apple logo takes time to appear? in this case it could need only a PRAM so it boots by default to internal hard disk. If you boot from external usb HDD, system will first try to look for an os on usb. You can also go in the boot menu and select your HDD even if it's the only one displayed.

I did PRAM, apple logo still takes long to boot.
I'll try the BIOS that 2informaticos suggested.
