820-2879 charger shorts with battery connected

820-2879 first it was not charge (ppbus 1.5v) i was changed u7000 now its turn on with charger(green light) and with battery but its not turn on automatically with just charger(no auto fan spin) but work just with power button.
with charger there is green light but when i connect the battery the green light turn off.

Power button must be triggered for Core 2 machines with NVidia MCP to turn on.
Shorted Q7030 or bad soldering of U7000.
