820-2914-B, turn on but stuck on 44% battery

i have 820-2914-B, turn on but stuck on 44% battery. and no green light on the charger.

Does it charge until 44% and then stuck?
Magsafe light must be orange to charge battery.
If you don't get green at least, never will charge.
Any history available?
Post exact PPBUS_G3H voltage without battery connected; also with charger + battery.
Need U6900/01 voltages too.
Check continuity from U6900 to central pin of Magsafe connector in DCIN board.
Did you try known good DCIN board?

SMC_BC_ACOK 2.5 to 2.9v
yes I already tried a new DCIN

Sounds like bad battery, but this will have a dead GPU soon so who cares tbh

Do what I told on SMC.

GPU can be disabled, when finally dies...

GPU was replaced in China
suddenly it worked, but stopped after I replaced DCIN again it worked for a while it stopped again.
I just reballed SMC same ...
i dont have SMC now but i will order one

Still no light on magsafe?
If board reacts after applying heat, could also be PCH problem.
Resolder ISL6259 too.
