Hi I’ve got this board 1.7 volts
Isl 6259
Chgr_dcin= 16.36v
Chgr_acin= 3.98v
Pins 28, 29 =20.4Ohm
Pins 17, 18= 3ohms
r7020 = .2ohms

Do you get 3V42_G3H and green light on Magsafe?
Did you check diode mode to ground at PPBUS_G3H?
Any history available, liquid sign?

Post other U7000 voltages; pins 1, 9, 15, 19, 20, 27.

Yes diode mode to ground on f9700 .459v
Yes 3v42_g3h =3.42v
Din Green light on MagSafe
No signs of water damage
I will check voyages on pins you suggested and get back to you

Hi at u7000
Pin 1=0v
Pin12= 3.43v pp3v42_g3h
Pin13 = 3.42v
Pin 14 =3.32v smc_bc _acok
Pin 15=0-1.49v fluctuates
Pin 19=5v
Pin 20=5v
Pin 27=16.31v

"Pin 15=0-1.49v fluctuates "
Should stay under 0.5V...
You forgot pin 9.

Check again resistance between pins 17/18, directly on the chip.
Also try to start in SMC bypass mode.

Pin 9=0v

I’m sorry

nothing with smc bypass model
I resoldered all the pins go u7000
and now I have a solid green light and 4v on ppbus_g3h.
I have smc_pm_g2_en at pin 1 3.42v of r7940 And pin 12 of u7201
R7012 is 736ohms It say 1k (chgr_cell) I have 3.42v at chgr_cell And 3.42v at pin 12 of u7000 so I checked for continuity between pins 12 and 6 of u7000 There’s continuity.
R7086 I have 6.8v on pin 1 but 0v at pin 2
(Chgr_agate_div) Going to u7000 “r7806” measures
Can u7000 be shorting chrg_acin to ground?

Still 0v on pin 1 of u7000
Oddly when I plug in charger the fan bumps a lil. Bit just like a 1/8” twice each time I plug it in to MagSafe
Lastly should I check for signal both pins 11 and 10 Smc data lines with oscilloscope ?

Ok I saw something with my oscilloscope so I plugged a battery and charger, the board chimed. Fans ran normal not on high so I’m guessing the smc is fine. Would you say now that the culprit is isl6259
These give me issues :( out of 10- isl6259 Only 2 where good. eBay is getting progressively worse

No I haven’t changed it yet. It won’t charge or power on without battery changing isl would be my next step
