820-2915-B, GPU Replaced but red screen in the background

I replaced 820-2915's GPU, it was 005, I installed a chipset produced in 2019 reballed.
but after 3 months there is a problem of a red screen in the background but it boot and you could switch between the integrated and the AMD GPU with no problems

What about external video?
It is always driven by AMD GPU.

It had always red screen, iGPU and AMD
I repaired it, I resoldered the lcd connector pins with a fresh solder.
The red screen was appearing suddenly, even on booting screen.
I didn't try in on extra screen
