Check Q7030 and Q7055.

What this means?
The GPU is soldered on the MLB, there is no video card.
It can be disabled, as already posted on the forum.

In SMC bypass should do same at least; just fan spins loudly.
SCL/SDA readings look good.
Try first changing U7000.
If still incorrect PPBUS_G3H, then need to change SMC.
Be sure first, R7000 is good.
