820-2915 fan start to spinning than stop

This board gpu was already replaced and reflowed the ram.
The fan start spinning the stops.
Attached the power consumption graph.
Any suggestions ?

Probably something went wrong when GPU was replaced.
We need a list of signals and voltages which you get on the board.

Power on sequence can be found somewhere in Internet.
You should already have it saved on your service PC.
So many times we discussed about it on the forum and mentioned the required signals...
