"Q9707 - Pin 4 - 12.58v, Pin 3 - 4.1v, Pin 1,2,5,6 - 12.58v"
Do you mean Q9706, no?
However, these are good voltages for Q9706.

BKL_PWM is not good.
Remove R9704 and tie together BKL_EN/PWM.

GMUX flashed correctly for sure?
Did you remove R8904/11?

Removed R9704 and tied together BKL_EN & BKL_PWM
Also Removed R8904 and R8911as well..

Apple Logo shows up full brightness on boot but display seem to turns off on Login screen.

Not sure if GMUX flashed properly but demux utility won't allow me to use the license that it showed consumed initially

No idea what demux utility you talk about.
You only need Diamond programmer software, free from Lattice...

Any idea why the screen is turning off during Login?

Also if I download the Diamond programmer software how do I confirm the GMUX was flashed properly?

You should recharge original dump for GMUX and try to flash new file.
New file cannot be flashed over the last you did.

I don't have the original dump of the GMUX as I used the demux utility provided by Dosdude...

Do you have a dump of the GMux and what is the process I should use to correct this?

So I've downloaded the Lattice programmer.

Is the process to read a GMUX from a board not converted....then flash this GMUX to the board I want to fix...then try to flash with DosDude code?

I don't even know what programmer do you have.
I never used other software than original Diamond programmer.

Use these files...

I have the Lattice HW-USBN-2A programmer and I have downloaded the Diamond programmer.

So I'll connect the programmer to the pads, and program the original file then try the new file.

Was able to flash with the original JED file.....screen went black on boot.

Flashed the working JED file....now the screen flashes the top of the screen on Apple logo bootup and then goes dark at the end (No image, looks like backlight is lite up....but no login screen is shown.

Performed FLASH Erase, Program & Verify for both files in the Lattice Diamond Programmer.

"Upon removing the several wires that are involved in the bypass"
No idea what this mean.
Put back all things, only remove R8904/11.

BTW, remove L2406, when you work with Lattice programmer (hot air needed).
Personally, I prefer to remove R2415 instead; more easy to do with JBC microtwezer...

Are you tell me to put back R9704 and disconnect the BKL_EN & BKL_PWM now?

The Lattice programmer indicated that the programming worked, are you saying that I should redo this with L2406 removed?

You should put the board in original state, only remove R8904/11.
In my case, I have never got the programmer working without removing L2406, or R2415.

You should flash the "come_back" jed before trying the conversion file.

Board back to original state.
Removed R2415.
Reprogrammed again the 'come_back' jed file then the 'working' file.
Put back the R2415 after programming.

Still have the same weird behaviour......flashing portion of screen during apple logo then goes dark.

Do you really have 820-2915 board?
Isn't 820-2914?

Mentioned symptom appears when 2915 jed is flashed on 2914...
