The screen is blurred with lines, and discolored.

Any advice what that could be? Bad GPU?

Well, if you want to reflow , reflow it but it won't last. Please don't charge the customer if you do that and set no expectation that it will last more than a week.

Cool. thanks TCRScircuit.. I wont charge the customer.. Agree with you. Im always upfront with the customers about the issues at hand. Serves the business best in the long run..

How much temperature do u suggest i reflow the GPU on? and should i use high airflow or slow airflow?

High airflow. Start at 100C and work up to 400C then back down slowly.

I suggest to change the GPU or scrap the machine. There are no new boards and any that are still working are either reflowed garbage or will be dead soon too.
