820-2915 Multiple SMC IO failures

Board arrived untouched with no liquid damage. Typical GPU failure Replaced GPU and boots into OS now but fans spin fast from multiple SMC IO failures see picture.

Replaced Q5501

U5550 pin 1 3.2V

R5550 1 and 2 are correct

Bad SMC?

Check U5520/70, components and their traces.
Also test disconnecting webcam.
Post AVREF_SMC voltage, just in case.
