820-2915 No power

Hi there
on the 820-2915 the PP3V42 is present 3.4V the PPBUS_3GH is 1.3 v.
i found there short to the ground ,by removing the C7340 C7341, the short is gone , but as soon i replaced them few times now , the short is back. these 2 capas boiling hot , what could causing the short now ?

Q7330 shorted D-S on high side (1-6)???
Applying PPBUS_G3H on 2V caps is not a good idea...

removed Q7330 replaced it. now no short to any C7340 C7341 BUT still no power and Q7330 is very hot not shorted , can not find short !! any clue
