820-2936-A how to turn on without power button

I wonder how to turn on 820-2936 board without button? What should I look for on a schematic or a board view? How are those pads called?

I have green light and fan turns on as soon as I connect power supply, in 20 seconds fan starts spinning at top speed. I wish I could turn it on and see if there is any video at all.

When pads are shorted - fan turns off and otherwise it goes at maximum speed. No video comes out of DP port

This motherboard turn on by itself after you connect charger, no need to short pads...... Fan speeds at max. because there is no trackpad attached or you have a sensor failure..... Does this board chime?? any blink on frontal white led?? display assemblly is connected??? any history about this board?? water damage, dropped, anything??

Thanks! It doesn't chime, got that board from eBay without any history for the sake of practicing, connected just fan and RAM. It doesn't look damaged or worked on. Where do I begin to make it chime?

Measure PPVCORE_S0_CPU and if it is not present look long and hard at R7402.
