820 2936 after 2 - 5 min image flash and goes down!

Hey guys,

working on 820 2936, no liquid damage, i'm the first on to disassembly. after 2- 5 min working the image flash,fan's go high and shut down!! Like this vdeo:

i already try new rams, only one ram in each slot.
already test the board in other mac and same history.

possibly processor issue??

Does it stay on if you lerave it in boot menu?
Can you run ASD EFI?
You could try new BIOS, with clean ME...

yes stay on!! when i put ASD the Image flash's can't see what the problem is!! some times works well 5 - 10 min some times 10 sec after i turn on!!

Already test with a clean_me bios and same history!!!

Can you enter to OSX in SMC bypass mode?
Don't forget the simply things, like SMC/PRAM reset...

forgot smc reset.. only tried PRAM reset. ok after applied a SMC reset the machines never more Flash the LCD!! i'm listening music on youtube +15 min and looks fine.. But when i shut down the machine and turn on again after 1-2 min i get same problem!! i will try to run ASD! Thanks

You can close this one!! client with hurry! But this mac don't show any errors on ASD test! i will assume problem on Processor or slot ram with problem!
