820-2936-B blue tint refuse to boot to asd or install os

hey guys

Suprisingly very clean board. The one and ONLY problem i have spotted is one of the traces is corroded - deep. DP_T29SNK0_ML_N it connects to pin 2 of C3623.
If you look on the board view all the caps located in the same area are taking 3.3v on the pin 2.

Would it be a problem if i borrow 3.3 from another cap and run a jumper? and is this where the potential issue may be or would you suspect there is some other underlying problem?

There are many DP_T29SNK0_ML_N lines.
And that cap doesn't go to 3V3; is just AC coupling (DC separation), like the others in the same area.
No idea which schematic are you looking...

However thunderbolt lines shouldn't be a problem, untill you connect an external device.

Try clean ME BIOS...

T29 is for thunderbolt and is irrelevant. Does it boot internally?

try booting from an external drive then running the install on internal drive while in the OS?
