PRAM reset is based on a specific key sequence.
Are you sure all the keys work?

Search in Google for "keyboard tester" and use any result to test entire keyboard.

Mmmhhh, you named BIOS "lenta" but title states "locked on logo".
You may not be able to test the keyboard then.
