820-2936-B ram slots not working

Hi, got an 820-2936-B with both ram slots not working

Ive tried several ram sticks with different frecuencies and the mac crashes in boot and sometimes loading macos. Sometimes it gives the artifacts on screen and sometimes the 3 beeps. It also crashes with linux.

The slots itselves seem in very good condition.

Do you have DDR3 test card?
Usually broken solders near the edges of the slots.

Dont have test card.

I checked every solder but all are solid in place

Get the RAM test cards; at least for DDR3/4.

Hi, got the test card,

The PIN 30 lights red and it says "RESET"

MEM_RESET_L is 1.5v

All the LEDs must come on.
You have problems with the lines where LEDs stay off.

However, compare MEM_RESET_L level with good board.
