Missing CPU core may have various causes.
BIOS, PCH, CPU and U7400 are all involved there.
Be sure R7402 is good.

ALL_SYS_PWRGD comes high?

Any history available?

All the other big coils have voltage?
Compare with good board.

Just in case, try known good BIOS.

the story is that a battery is placed in it, and after a week I return with the problem, all the voltages are in the coils except
PPVCORE_S0_CPU_PH2=0v
PPVCORE_S0_CPU_PH1=0v
PPVCORE_S0_AXG_R=0v

I already tried bios problem persists

Just in case, change U7400 and check all surrounding components and solders.
I suspect PCH, or CPU; be sure all voltages from page 22 are good.

You can also try to heat PCH and CPU using quality flux.
