820-2936 Fans High

Hi.
Passes ASD EFI but fans run high at times when performing what should be effortless tasks. i.e. copying 6 gigs of data from and external HDD.
reapplied thermal grease.
There are small signs of liquid below the PCH on both sides. But very minor with no visible corrosion in scope.

Try another fan, but if no errors on ASD what is the problem with high speed fan sometimes???

Thanks aprendiz for response. Will do. It just seemed odd that it would spike from a data transfer. Thanks again.

R5665/R5660/R5661/Q5660 would be suspect to me. I have had one machine where Q5660 issue caused fan to spin fast constantly.
