820-2936 green light but missing PPVCORE_S0_CPU

Board has liquid damage and got rust around C7272/C7273 and also around F7040 area.C7272 actually came off with corroded solder pad. But pin 16 of U7200 seems to be ok as it still generates PP5V_S3 and PP3V3_S5.

Green light. No fan spin. PP5V_S0 & PP3V3_S0 are OK.

checked PPVCORE_S0_CPU at pin 1 of C1680 and it is 0v. Resistance to ground is 8ohm.

PPVCORE_S0_AXG = 0v (should be 1.05v)
PP1V5_S3_CPU_VCCDQ = 0.35v (should be 1.5v)
PP1V05_S0_CPU_VCCPQE = 1.05v
PP1V8_S0_CPU_VCCPLL_R = 1.8v
L7100 = 0.9v

Check R7402.
Post U7400 voltage; pins 15, 24, 40, 1, 2.
Use surrounding components as test points; don't touch chip pins!

Post resistance to ground at L7330.
If good, change U7300.
Be sure all traces and surrounding components are good; as solders too.

diode mode reading 341. Voltage is 1.48v

So I have PP1V5_S3 but no PP1V5_S3RS0/PP1V5_S3_CPU_VCCDQ?

PM_MEM_PWRGD = 3.3v diode mode = 347
ISOLATE_CPU_MEM_L = 0v diode mode = 460

Just in case... I re-measured all of the power rails on page 7 again and here are the strange one:

PP5V_SUS = 3.05v
PP1V5_S3RS0 = 0.35v
PP0V75_S0_DDRVTT = 0v (Is this because U7300 Pin 17=0v ?)
PP3V3_FW_FWPHY = 0v
PP1V0_FW_FWPHY = 0v
PPVCORE_S0_CPU = 0v
PPVCORE_S0_AXG = 0v
PP1V5_S3_CPU_VCCDQ = 0.35v
