820-2936 It is slow when clean the ME region

This is the second machine that happens when the ME region is cleaned. The ME region version is 7.0.0.1193. When I put the version identifies the mac is Wifi inactive when I put the version 7.04.1197_1.5MB_PRD_RGN works, but the mac is SLOW when the MagSafe is DISCONTINUED.

Did you clean ME region correctly, or just swapped with generic region from Internet???
Clean ME region MUST be correctly configured for a particular board!!!
