so this board came in, with many corrosion all over the board, i have cleaned it, it intermittently have green light, sometimes not, when it does, board can turn on, and when stress testing, board suddenly turn off, with no green light ( dim ), I have ppbus 12.26, smc_bc_acok 3v, smc_reset_l is 3.3v, no smc_pm_g2_en, so I thought this must be the smc, I have tried replacing smc 4 times but still doesnt turn on, tried changing u7000 1 times, still the same.. maybe is there any break in trace ?

Check traces and resistors near SMC and opposite board side.
Pay atention to R4901/09 and R4902/98/99.
