this board only turns on smc bypass mode, could you help me by telling me where to start measuring for this damage

Can you get it into macOS in SMC bypass?

There must be a problem related with some SMC sensor.
Ceck first AVREF_SMC voltage.

AVREF_SMC voltage=3.3v
when plugged in charger it restarts constant fan; without giving video.
just power on with video and enter system bypass mode and fan rotate normal

Strange, fan should spin to max in SMC bypass mode.

Check I/VSENSE sensors output on pages 49 & 50.
Run HWMonitor, if possible.

SMC_PBUS_VSENSE=2.1 y baja 0 si se mantiene ciclicamente
SMC_DCIN_VSENSE=2.8 y baja 2.7 ciclo
SMC_CPU_VSENSE=1.16 y baja 0 ciclo
SMC_CPU_ISENSE=0v
SMC_GFX_VSENSE=0v
SMC_GFX_ISENSE=0v
SMC_CPUVCCIO_ISENSE=0v
SMC_CPU_HI_ISENSE=0.67 y baja 0.16 ciclo
SMC_BMON_ISENSE=0v
SMC_OTHER_HI_ISENSE=0.80 se mantiene asi ciclo
SMC_DCIN_ISENSE=0.30 se mantiene asi ciclo

I already did smc reballing, this problem persists fan restarts constantly, ¿change the smc? no story available

change smc it worked fine for a while, then it didn't turn on again, it only turns on bypass mode but without video. It is possible that the battery is causing it or another component

I did reflow and it did not work, I am using solder paste and flux of not high quality. Do you think it has to do? do I reballing smc with a high quality solder paste?
