820-2936 SMC issues

I have a 2011 13 inch MacBook Pro here.
The MacBook runs super slow and fan runs on high. No knowledge of previous liquid damage, no sign of corrosion anywhere on the board.

I heated the SMC to 150C but am still having the same problem.
Ran ASD EFI and am getting ERROR - SMC IO failed.

Help

It was failing Ts0P...I checked the trackpad connection and it was partially unplugged.
I reseated the connection, ran the test again and it still failed.
Going to replace the trackpad and see if that solves the issue.

This is what happens when you take out the heat guns before using the brains. Probably a fucked up SMC now, try rebelling it first. though.

Yes and that was probably only the dead trackpad! Now no one knows what is wrong, first suspect now would be SMC because it was fucked with.

For the record I ran ASD before several times and it was passing before I heated the SMC. The only reason I heated the SMC is because I read a lot of posts here where that was recommended on this forum.
Lesson learned. Next time I'll ask before going for it.

Anything else I should try before that or the next step is troubleshooting the SMC?
I guess I'll reball or replace the SMC and let you know.

Thanks master Duke
