hi, this board came in with intermittent green light.
ppbus is 12.6v solid.
pp3v42 : 3.42v
i notice that I dont have smc bc acok when the green light is out.
I change isl, and then i got a fairly consistent green light.
when magsafe is plugged in, i got fan spin.
but theres no usb activity ( no mouse light, no caps lock, no chime).
smc_Bc_Acok voltage is 4.2v. any idea why its so high ? supposed to be 3.3v right.

SMC_BC_ACOK is pulled-up to 3V42_G3H (R5087).
Inspect Q5310 area for corrosion; post its voltages.
Also check U6900/01 and post voltages.
Test with known good DCIN board too.
