I do not exactly understand your question; not working USB 3.0 devices, or what?
Or name Port A/B, if one port is not working at all...

Does it not recognize USB 3.0 devices or does it not get 3.0 speeds? If second option, it won't work on 3.0 speeds as 2011 machines got just 2.0.

Hi, sorry, USB 3.0 devices don't work at all on either USB port. Not recognized. Basic USB 2.0 devices (keyboard, mouse etc.) work fine but USB 2.0 boot drives aren't recognized. Continuity is good throughout L4600 and L4610. 5V is present.
