You can't have PP3V42_G3H on battery, but not have it on the charger, if D6995 has 16v on it with the charger. That is just not possible.

There is a short to GND on PPBUS of 0.88 MILLI Ohm, yet with the battery plugged in PPBUS is there. Or is it MEGA Ohm, again your measurements are useless and do not make sense.

ppbus_g3h isn't even the main issue here. the issue is he says he has pp3v42_g3h on the battery, but not on the charger, but there is 16v input to the PP3V42 regulator. that is impossible.
