820-3023-a fans spinning fast

had minor corrossion on few chips, now it turns on, but takes too long to boot, fans are spinning fast and its lagging.
hwmonitor says:
cpu core 2, 3 = 128c
cpu proximity 35c
peci sa 128c
peci gpu 128c
cpu core 1 128c

whar sensors are responsible for core tempratures? i can't find asd for this model, so i am stuck and don't know where to start

Got hold of asd, it shows

sensor pcpt, tc0c, tc1c are failed

Take a look at U5510 area.
Check all its traces, solders and resistors around.
Be sure to have good continuity to all sensors, Q5510-40.

checked them and they are fine, even reballed the smc, but still same thing

Post complete messages for ASD errors.
Should be 3-4 text lines for each error.

Be sure SMC_AVREF voltage is correct.
