Hi I got yet another board that does 3 beeps

I missing u7300 missing 19&20 But it seems I have all other signals.
with ram installed Smbus is good I have 1 beep with ram removed. All measurements with ram installed 12800& 10666 tested with both

1-DDRREG_VTTSNS=.75
2-PP1v5_S3=1.5v
3-PP075_S0_DDRVTT=.75
4-GND=0v
5-PPVTTDDR_S3=.75V
6-DDRREG_1v8_VREF=1.8v
7-GND_-DDRREG_SGND=0v
8-DDRREG_FB=1.5v
9-DDRREG_VDDQSNS=1.5v
10-GND
11-DDRREG_DRVL=driver frequency
12-PP5vS3=5v
13-DDRREG_LL=drive frequency
14-DDRREG_DRVH=driver Freuency
15-DDRREG_VBST=5.33v
16-DDRREG_EN=3.3v
17-MEMVTT_EN=3.3v
18-DDRREG_TRIP=.75
19-DDRREG_MODE=0v
20-DDRREG_PGOOD=0v

I check all of Q3200,Q3205,Q3210,Q3215
The only one that stood out as odd is ISOLATE_CPU_MEM_L= 2.5v

Yes I tested each slot individually both have same issue 1beep with out ram stick and 3 beeps with ram installed
Both ram slots pass ram with DDR test card. All DDR test card illuminate

Do you think it’s worth checking CLKE0, CLKE1 or DMI connections for some sort of
Signals or wave forms ? Or just call it quits ? Also thank you for your help

If the LEDs patron is correct, then traces and solders are good (to CPU).
You've already posted good voltages for RAM, so internal CPU issue is expected now.

Ok thank you 2informatico. May I ask one more question. Would it be better to invest in a ultrasonic or a bga machines? I have purchased at least 6 boards that either have pch or cpu issues. It’s more about trying to rescue what you can. Is it a wise investment ?

Replacing BGA CPU is not easy job.
You need good skills and lot of practice to replace PCH, or GPU in Apple boards.
