820-3115-B green light, fan spins, no boot

Hi, got an 820-3115-B with green light (no orange light with battery connected), no chime, no image. Connecting the charger fan goes on and after a while full throttle.

C6226 was corroded and was replaced.

Replaced BIOS chip just in case.

Every rail until PP1V05_S0 is present. PPBUS_G3H is a bit low 12.2v

PPVCORE_S0_CPU is 0v.

ALL_SYS_PWRGD is 3.3v

PLT_RESET_L is 0v

Seems to have SMC issue.
Do you get correct AVREF_SMC?

Yes, PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC is 3.3v

Check voltage and diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SCL 0.462

Votalge:

SMBUS_SMC_5_G3_SDA: 3.475v

Did you change DCIN board?
If yes, then change SMC.

Just in case, test disconnecting BIL.

Yes, i tried another DCIN board.

Im sorry, what do you mean by disconnecting BIL? All the measurements were made with battery disconnected.
