820-3115-B Low Volume on Audio Jack

Hello, i have yet another 820-3115-B with audio jack issues. The volume is super low on the audio jack (internal expeakers work great) about 10% of what it should be. Also, the right channel wasnt working, after replacing the audio jack now both channels work but still super low volume.

I did SMC, PRAM reset, tried another OS install, tried changing settings in MIDI (master volume is grayed out), but still same issue. What should i be looking for?

Yes, i can barely hear any audio on my beast speakers. On other cheaper ones i cant ever hear a thing.

OSX correctly detects changing bewtween speakers and headphones?

Headphones are driven directly by U6201.
Do you get correct voltage at C6217?

Yeah, it was a bad U6201.
