820-3115-b no green light and ppbus

Its water damaged board and there is no green light.
pp3v42 is 3.56 volts and i am getting smc_bc_acok and sys_onewire signals on respected chips but i still don't get green light on charger, i have tried reflowing smc but still nothing happened.


What else should I try?

SMC_RESET_L has correct level?
Post exact voltage for PPBUS_G3H.
Also check voltages for U6900/01.

Smc reset have 3.5volts
and u6901 have 3.5 on pin 1,4,5
u6990 have 3.5 on 1,2,4,5

can it be because pp3v42 is 3.58 instead on 3.42?

Change battery of your multimeter and test again.
Low battery causes higher readings...

I think its probably dead, there was explosion on firewire circuit, and it has destroyed many traces underneath that chip
and there is short on 3v3s0 line aswell

You didn't tell anything about PPBUS_G3H, but this really looks like dead board reading your last post...

I managed to restore ppbus and it was around 12.30volts and green light did came up for few minutes but then i saw broken traces in second or third layer and a short in s0 rail, so i declared it dead
