I have soldering new ISL6259, and in fact this the magsafe the problem, I have try with magsafe 85W and other 65W, and green light appear......(sorry for that)
I have replace F7040
Now I try to boot inside MBP, have green light No boot with battery(no battery indicator), no boot with magsafe, nothing.

and green light, ok, I click on battery indicator, green light disappears.

No, your fake chinese magsafe work, the original Apple one does not because it detects an error. I have no ideas about this one anymore...Louis?

what ppbus_g3h voltage do you get when it works with the knockoff charger vs. when it does not work with the original charger?

Fix Q7035(short to ground).
magsafe ok , green light ok, without battery, PPBUS_G3H short to GND.
I desoldering F7040 : PPBUS_G3H don't have short to GND.

Stop this short to ground on low voltage rails. Low resistance is natural on a rail that will deliver 3-10 watts of power at 1.05v or 0.9v. Find out where the short to ground on PPBUS_G3H is and solve that.
