0.4v on SYSCLK_SYS32K_RTC
3.3v on RTC_RESET_L
edit: BOARD JUST TURNED ON when i checked voltage on PCH_SRTCRST_L
drawing 14 watts...
PCH_SRTCRST voltage was slowly dropping starting around 2v when I checked it. Seems to go up to around 1.5v then back down slowly, then spikes up...
edit- C1802 was very loose almost coming off the board...
edit: resoldered C1802, now PCH_SRTCRST_L is stable at 1.2v but not booting.
edit: bottom pin of C1802, even when C1802 is removed, is not connected to rest of PCH_SRTCRST_l. but the pad is connected to the resistor. so I will try relocating C1802 so it can be on the pad and the other side connected to ground on C2233.
edit: resoldered and now voltage on PCH_SRTCRST_L is 3.3v but still not booting
PCH_INTRUDER_L is also 2.8v
still have no idea what pins I touched that got the board to boot that one time...
The board now turns on consistently after I pushed down a little on R1802, probably some damage to the PCH_SRTCRST_L line in that area. the voltage on that line is still 3.3v. SO I guess it's working...
