I have a 820-3115-b board here with spillage damage isl6259 was damaged as were the two tracks to pins 17 and 18. I have repaired these and checked all current sensors the only issue I could find was there is no continuity between R7050 and R7052 I have tried cleaning the via but am unable to find anything rigid and thing enough to fit throug it so I have ran a Jumper between the 2. The charger just stays green. Q7005 has 12.27v on pins 1-3 pin 4 has 12.24, pins 5-8 have .6v
Readings on the battery connector are 7-9 are .6v.
6 is 3.4
5 is 0v
4 is 3.4
Any pointers welcome

You must fix corrosion issue and MUST get aprox 2 ohms between pins 17/18 of ISL6259.
Check schematic/boardview and run tiny wires (0.03-0.1mm) to correct the problem.
You may need to drill the board, if any bypass hole between board sides is corroded; use 0.15-0.2mm CNC bit drill.

Be sure to get 12.5V (aprox) on PPBUS_G3H without battery connected, as previous step of repair.
If not possible, then post exact values of diode mode readings (red probe at ground) for SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

Corrosion seems to be resolved , Im getting 2.7ohms on pins 17/18. I had ran the jumper using .05mm wire as mentioned above.
Im getting 12.25v on ppbus_g3H.
SMBUS_BATT_SCL = 0.517
SMBUS_BATT_SDA = 0.516

12.25V not good.
Diode mode readings looks OK.
Be sure to have good continuity for pins 10/11 of ISL6259 and R5280/81.
Post voltage for both lines.

Im getting 1ohm resistance betweens pin 10/11 and r5280/5281
Voltage on r5280 = 3.47
R5281 = jumping between 3.47 and 3.38v

After cleaning around Ppbus_g3h is now at 12.9v and fan spins fast instantly. Battery is still not charging.

"Im getting 1ohm resistance betweens pin 10/11"
Are you sure???
In such case, you have a short there; fix that.

"Ppbus_g3h is now at 12.9v"
With, or without battery connected?

"Be sure to have good continuity for pins 10/11 of ISL6259 and R5280/81", What I meant was I am getting continuity between these pins and the resistors so no open tracks there. PP3bus_g3h with or without batttery is the same.

Should be 12.5V (aprox) without battery.
Maybe your DMM has low battery; measure withn other too.

If SCL/SDA have practically same diode reading to ground, then should be SMC, ISL6259, or battery issue.
I recommend you to try first a known good battery; even old, just for test...

What would cause it to be 12.9v ?. edit.... ( I think this is caused by the feedback from current sensing resistors via's not being correct, causing the Isl to output wrong voltage), Dmm is fine (Fluke) checked with different Dmm and Oscope.
I have 2 batteries here both acting the same.
Q7055 is not being switched gate (pin4) and pin 16 of U7000 are reading contiunity.
