Check its DC voltage, if no o-scope available.

Seems to have SMC issue.
Check signals and voltage for U4900 (2 OF 2), page 45.

You may need to reball/change SMC...

this board is 820-3115 b is proccesor 2.9 ghz core i7, I have a board 820-3115 b 2.5 proccesor 2.5 ghz.The board 2.5 smc works well for the 2.9 board?
