Did you check diode mode to ground at L7630?
Also check R7601 and R/C7630.

L7630 = 0.9 ohms to ground
R7601 = 2.7 ohms
R7630 = 0 ohms
C7630= high resistance

This line powers both CPU and PCH.
You can inject voltage and check which one heats; no more than 1.3V there (for safety).
