820-3115 - Backlight issues

i have a 820-3115 with backlight issues, i have never not been able to repair a macbook with backlight before,

Replaced LCD Connector, backlight filter, and backlight fuse,

seems like Q9706 wont open
Q9706 pin 4 12.6V, pin 3 12.2 V

LCD_BKLT_EN - 0V

BKLT_PLT_RST_L - 3.30V

any help

Did you check for image even?
Confirm first if you have USB activity, or chime at least.

Ok diode mode on backlight output? What voltage do you get on backlight currently 0?
