green light ok after replaced smc
power on for 2 seconde and stop start 2 seconde and stop loop

I have replaced smc twice and same problem pubs_g3h 12,56V and pp3v42_g3h 3,42V and green light OK

possible problem with SPI ?

Diode mode values are off. Check traces and continuity from U6100 to all termination resistors. R5110 and friends.

I have no idea how you are measuring this or what multimeter you are using, but 1.190 on diode mode makes no sense at all. These lines go straight into the PCH and should have something in the .400 to .700 range. Got a donor board to compare with?
Also have you replaced the clock chip now?

It is standard practice in diode mode to have red on GND...Those readings look fine.
Replace U2600 first.
