820-3115 mid 2012: no fan

Hello,
I have this board which was water damaged, I restored pp3v3_s5 which was 0V because of a shorted capacitor. Green light is ok, but no fan.
pp3v3_s5=3.3V
pp5v_s3=0V
SMC_RESET_L=3.45V

pm_slp_s3_L=0V
pm_slp_s4_L=0V
pm_slp_s5_L=0V
smc_pm_G2_EN=3.49V
So I understand the board is in deep sleep. How to awake it?

s5_pwrgd=3.43V
p3v3s5_EN_L=0V
p5v3v3_reg_EN=3.47V
SMC_LID=3.45V
SMC_PME_S4_WAKE_L=0.4V (not sure why, I expected 0V in deep sleep)
PP3V3_S4=0.4V
P3V3_S4_EN=0V
SMC_S4_WAKESRC_EN=0V

PM_PWRBTN_L=0.72V
PM_SYSRST_L=0V
PM_RSMRST_L=0V
PM_DSW_PWRGD=3.49V

Any idea where to look?

Here are the values:
PPBUS_G3H=12.61V
PP3V3_SUS=0V (PM_SUS_EN=0V)
SMC_BATLOW_L=3.28V, and PM_SLP_SUS_L=0V

PCH RTC signals:
SYSCLK_CLK32K_RTC: square wave, 1V, around 33kHz
SYSCLK_CLK25M_SB: some spikes
SYSCLK_CLK25M_ENET: idem
SYSCLK_CLK25M_T29: idem

OK, take your time and post PCH's RTC signals.
Look at RTC block inside PCH and you may be able to see them ALL...

Ok, so here they are:
PPVRTC_G3H=3.32V
and
RTC_RESET_L=3.31V
PCH_SRTCRST_L=3.31V
PCH_INTRUDER_L=2.98V
PCH_INTVRMEN_L=1.05V

Then I noticed that R1800 and R1915 were missing... don't ask why
After placing R1800: PCH_INTVRMEN_L=3.2V
After placing R1915: FAN SPINS!! No chime though, I will look into it
Thank you :)

PRAM reset solved the sound issue, boot is ok, internal display ok.
Nevertheless I have no image on an external display.
I ran ASD EFI test with no errors;
I ran ASD OS test with 3 errors linked with wake tests, see attached.

After connecting the external display I see it in Hardware/display, but it does not turn on, the option Mirror displays has no effect. Where to go looking now?

I don't have another VGA thunderbolt adapter, but I tested it good on another Macbook; with HDMI thunderbolt adapter no image either and the display does not even appear in hardware/displays (also tested good on another Macbook). More idea?

Also, how to troubleshot the errors linked with wake tests ?

External display issue solved, it was corrosion around the mini display port...
So only the wake tests problem remain

After solving this display/corrosion issue, the ASD OS test fully passed. Hard to believe given the initial state of the board... Thank you again! You can mark this one as Solved :)
