820-3115, no chime or boot, fan spin!!!

i have 2 exactly same
board , both had slight water damage , all clean now,
both 820-3115 board, now fan spin , does not boot,

PPVCORE_S0= 1.12v, fan spin perfectly

no sounds if i take our ram , also when fan start, hard drive white led iin front of laptop keep on

Could be anything. Crap under SMC/PCH, dead clock chip are the most common. All depends on where the corrosion was.

which one is clock chip , liqued damage was around led drive and that end all the way to fan ,

Clock chip is U2600. Corrosion under the SMC or PCH will be the most likely cause of this though.
