fan spins consistently and cpu vcore stays at 1.1V with no ram.

Check the exact ohm value for R7051/52.
Usually R7052 increased value causes this problem...

ohn value was high on r7051, replaced from donar and board booted once with cpu vcore and now not working again after second boot attempt.

What else to check or try?
