820-3115 no P5v_3v3_SUS_EN

history is severe water damage i completely cut off the thunderbolt circuit and replaced everything that looked severely damaged also restored some power rails. reflowed smc which brought back charging orange light while battery connected. I do get a green light. so im down to the 3v3/5v_sus not being enabled which comes from U1800. Not getting P5v_3v3_SUS_EN on Q7822. Q7820 gives me no voltage on pin 1 q7840 gives 0.001v on pin 1.

now i have 0.400v on pp3v3_s4

pp3v3_s5 = 3.3v
ppvrtc_g3h = 3.3v
pp3v3_SUS = 0v
PP5v_SUS = 0v

Check all RTC signals, as VCCRTC too.
See if board has 32KHz signal.
Post SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, SMC_PM_G2_EN.
I suppose PM_SLP_SUS_L is missing.

ok so i noticed thunderbolt is tied to u2600 figured if thunderbolt blew it took that chip since the rtc pin was outputting 1v replaced and it powered on!
