This is the way I have to communicate with you, my English is the basics. I have 3 boards here that I am trying to repair, 2850, 3115 and 00923.

I will try to do an English course in order to communicate better.

"Vcore 0.75 V"
Looks like board is booting.
Can you do PRAM reset?
Check if beeps without RAM modules.

sorry to burst into this topic, I like to read posts on here to help learn from other people's repairs, so i read a lot of posts.
Your posts are very difficult to read and i have mad respect for 2infos for actually trying to help you regardless..

Dude, surely there are some words you can learn from reading on this forum (try to spend some time reading other people's posts and make notes, just as you do when you're learning board-repair-problems..
English isnt my native language either, but i make sure to learn and do better, so that we can actually communicate here..

Here are some helpful pointers, now find your own for next time:
oxidation-->we like to say corrosion
cooler---> fan
interrogation paste --> question mark folder
does not alloy --> i have no fucking clue, but i am very sure you can come up with a better translation.

no hard feelings: just try a little harder..

Can you do a PRAM reset?
It does not accept.

Check if beeps without RAM modules.

Without the memories, the mac displays a beep.

The mac rotates the cooler once, stops, and then rotates constantly. I cleaned the ME region, it solved that, but it still doesn't show an image.

So the board stays on now?
What is VCORE after 10s?

I saw you always only search for image.
Did you check for USB activity???

From the beginning of the post, it stays on.
Stable at 0.74V.
I checked both, there is no USB activity, no video, and no carillon.

0.74V is like board is booted.
If no USB activity, nor video, board may get stuck.

Did you try known good DDR3-10600 module?
Test one slot at a time.
Do you get beep error if RAM is removed?
Did you try PRAM reset?

Can you find a better translation for "carillon"???

"Did you try a known good DDR3-10600 module?"
Yes, several memories that work 1333/10600.

"Do you get a beep error if RAM is removed?"
Yes, just a beep.

"Did you try PRAM reset?"
Does not accept the PRAM reset.

Can you find a better translation for "carillon" ???
The sound emitted when turning on the mac.

Did you never hear about "chime"?
I cannot understand why do you still use online translation for such a basic term...

Try another FULL known working BIOS file.
No need to clean ME, just for test...
