820-3115 only stays on when i press and hold the power button for few seconds

good day guys, please i need help with understanding this one.. HAVE GOT AN 820-3115 , WHRN I PLRESS THE POWER BUTON, THE MACHINE WILL POWER ON AND GO OFF IMMEDIATELY I LET GO OF THE POWER BUTTON, HOWEVER, WHEN I PRESS AND HOLD, IT POWERS UP , DOES THIS NOT POINT TO THE SMC ?

Please do NOT use caps, is more dificil to read; because of uniform height...

Your machine starts only in SMC bypass mode.
First check AVREF_SMC presence.
If OK, then must check all I/V SMC sensors from pages 49/50.

Also post exact resistance (ohm scale) between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of ISL6259.
