ok so u9000 not shooting out 3.3v but it does have input of 3.3v i check p1 and lcd_igpwr missing i check resistor r1984 it has no power and measures to around 81k
so i think pch is screwed.. i also run thermal and can see pch is very hot -like 75c normally i see around 50c
