L7510 L7520 have 0.9v

Do you get steady 0.9V from first moment, or the voltage drops from 1.1-1.2V.
L7550 is normal to have 0V with low charge on graphics.

it start from 1.12v then drop to 0.9v

Seems that board works, if VCORE is adjusted.
Are you sure no USB activity?
Check that using OSX pendrive with Link LED; see if flashes, or not.
Disconnect internal HDD, to force USB booting.

Yes usb activity is there. the problem is i got no display and chime?

Did you test external video?
Disconnect internal LCD, just in case; also give it time to enter into OSX.

If you are 100% sure about USB activity, then post some voltages from LCD connector.
LCD screen need to be connected when measure there.

i will post lcd voltage but how come no chime? is this because from audio lines?

ok so u9000 not shooting out 3.3v but it does have input of 3.3v i check p1 and lcd_igpwr missing i check resistor r1984 it has no power and measures to around 81k

so i think pch is screwed.. i also run thermal and can see pch is very hot -like 75c normally i see around 50c

reflow pch?
