820-3115 had liquid damage around SMC area ,

Did you try other known good battery?
Does it charge battery?
Post PPBUS_G3H volatge w/ and w/o battery connected.

I tried new battery it is not working with it .
yes it charging the battery and percentage goes up fine but once disconnect the charger it is die .
the PPBUS_G3H with battery connected is 12.61 v without
battery is 12.60 v .

With battery you should get lower voltage, increasing when charging it.
PPBUS_G3H goes back to normal value once battery is fully charged
Did you check with 100% battery charged?
Machine does even try to start on battery alone?
Any way to test these batteries with other board?
Post PPBUS_G3H voltage on battery alone.
Also run ASD with battery connected.

Sorry I measured first time with charger .
battey alone now is 95% charged , the voltage on PPBUS with battery only is 12.39 .
these batteries works fine with other boards .
when battery alone connected it is try to start and the fan spin second the stop .

Charger plus 95% battery should have less than 12.5V on PPBUS_G3H.
